1) GENERAL
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect once posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
2) ORDERS
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. During the order process the name, address and payment details are taken on a secure server by our third party payment provider, RBS Worldpay. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not a confirmed acceptance that your order has been processed. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access directly on this website, and therefore, we ask that you print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us.
3) PAYMENT
Payment will be taken by our third party payment provider, RBS Worldpay. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception, while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. All prices include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in (£ - GBP) UK pounds.
4) DELIVERY
UK orders please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. (average delivery 3 days*) UK Next day delivery is subject to orders being processed fully by 12 noon Monday - Friday. Orders after this time will still be sent next day as requested but would be 1 day later than an order placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or at the weekend will be sent on the Monday (or next working day after bank holidays) subject to the terms in the orders and payment sections above.
5) RETURNS
Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund under our refund policy. (This is not our normal in-store policy)
If you wish to return the item you have purchase you must notify us with 7 days of receiving your item, the item must be returned in a resalable condition with any labels attached in its original packaging. If original packaging is no longer available a re-packing surcharge will be charged before any refund is processed.
Zebedee will not refund the cost of postage unless the items we have sent are incorrect or are damaged when we have sent them to you.
For your own protection when returning any items to us, we suggest you use a signed for service and insure your package to its complete value. We will not accept responsibility for any items which have been lost in the post being sent from you to us.
