Delivery and Returns
DELIVERYUK orders please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. (average delivery 3 days*) UK Next day delivery is subject to orders being processed fully by 12 noon Monday - Friday. Orders after this time will still be sent next day as requested but would be 1 day later than an order placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday or at the weekend will be sent on the Monday (or next working day after bank holidays) subject to the terms in the orders and payment sections above.
RETURNS
Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund under our refund policy. (This is not our normal in-store policy)
If you wish to return the item you have purchase you must notify us with 7 days of receiving your item, the item must be returned in a resalable condition with any labels attached in its original packaging. If original packaging is no longer available a re-packing surcharge will be charged before any refund is processed.
Zebedee will not refund the cost of postage unless the items we have sent are incorrect or are damaged when we have sent them to you.
For your own protection when returning any items to us, we suggest you use a signed for service and insure your package to its complete value. We will not accept responsibility for any items which have been lost in the post being sent from you to us.
